Q2. What is e-MENTOR program with BitBigHub?

• The mentor's relationship with BitBigHub.com is as a partner which is limited to the following activities.

• Our e-MENTOR directs the seller to resell/dropship via the BitBigHub.com platform.

• For each seller who coached by our e-MENTOR, mentor get a commission from the total turnover per month

Note: Relationship of mentor with the seller, the BitBigHub.com platform does not interfere. This includes but is not limited to the following:

• How mentors find and develop sellers

• How mentors run online sales classes

• What is the cooperation agreement between mentors and sellers

• BitBigHub.com is exempt from prosecution if there is a dispute between the mentor and the mentee.

Q3. What Are Facilities Provided by BitBigHub?

• We provide the following facilities for all mentors who join:

• Free registration fee at BitBigHub.com for all mentored sellers

• Full access to all resources that are needed to drive mentorship well.

• Commission 2% - 5% of the seller's total turnover per month

• Opportunities to increase higher collaboration by using the seller network owned by mentor

Q4. What Are Target Given to e-MENTOR?

We provide targets divided into the following 3 periods:

#0-1 month first

• In initial period, mentors are given time to study, prepare and connect sellers

• There is no turnover target

• There are no active target sellers

• Mentor earn only for seller onboarding

• Commissions are disbursed regardless of value

#1-2 months following

• In this period the mentor should have started to get several potential sellers

• Their minimum turnover target set Rs. 50,000 per month

• At least 2 active sellers with a minimum turnover of Rs. 1,00,000 per month each

• If given 2 active sellers not achieved within 3 consecutive months, the mentor status is considered inactive

#2nd month onwards

• In this period, the mentor will develop the potential of existing sellers and expand the network of new sellers

• Minimum turnover target of IND 100K per month per seller

• Start targeting active sellers and add/coach at least 3 new people per month

• If targeted 3 and above are not achieved within 4 consecutive months then the mentor status is considered inactive

Q5. What Are Terms Of Commission Payout?

• We provide a commission of 2% - 5% of the total turnover of sellers owned by the mentor.

• Commission is calculated and paid every month.

• Payment is made in the first week of the following month.

• Please contact us to know Turnover calculations and your payout release.

Q6. How Seller Get On boarded & Mentored?

Here's how:

• Create new seller account at BitBigHub.com

• Inform our admin that the registered account is the seller who will be on-boarded & mentored

• Admin will carry out the verification process & complete onboarding process

• The seller's account will be activated and added to the identified mentor network

• Our mentors can see seller sales per month in the mentoring dashboard.

Q7. What Are Seller & Mentor Validation Process?

Once sellers request verified by the admin. There are several things to pay attention to:

• The proposed seller must not be fictitious/false/duplicate.

• Each Seller/Dropshipper be registered for one mentored seller.

• One registration for many shops in the marketplace in in business name. Identified with GSTIN ID or Seller ID given by us.

• One individual identity can only be registered for one mentored seller. So, no two mentor supporting one seller

• Assigned seller to mentor will be in the same province according to the mentor's domicile. Unless the mentor is given approval to add/coach sellers outside the province

• Mentor must not have a shop or running similar business to drive BitBigHub.com sellers for their benefit. In this case program get cancel and new new mentor will be assigned to seller/s.
